Episodic Visits, Done Differently
Quick, non-emergent issues happen. That doesn’t mean you should wait days to be seen or head to urgent care for a simple concern. Our episodic visits are built for:
- Cold & flu symptoms
- Allergies or sinus issues
- Nausea, vomiting, and mild dehydration
- Migraine support
- Prescription needs & follow-ups
- Minor rashes and skin concerns
Most visits are handled virtually, but when needed, you have access to our private 1:1 clinic space — no crowded waiting rooms.
One-Time Visit: $125
Signature Membership: $99/month — includes up to 2–3 visits per month
Please note: At this time, we only see adults (18+) due to our medical director’s training focus.
You’re Not a Number — You’re Our Patient
As a solo provider, I take your care personally. That means you’re not routed through layers of staff or passed along — you’re seen, heard, and cared for with skill and intention.
We work within appropriate clinical boundaries but are fully capable of treating:

- Minor rashes or skin concerns
Most visits remain virtual, unless in-office care is clinically needed. We require once a year in office visit to update your medical history of any changes.
We’re not a catch-all clinic — but we are a capable one. If your condition is something I can safely and confidently manage, I will.
Signature Membership Has Its Benefits

- Membership includes 2 telemedicine visits per month
- Patients must first complete an in-office Establishment Visit with a full exam and history prior to starting membership
- There is a $79 initiation fee prior to starting the membership
- We cap enrollment at 100 episodic members
- Members receive 15% off in-office procedures
Small Business Health Plans
For businesses not offering insurance, our small business membership keeps your team healthy and productive. Our Signature Small Business Plan supports up to 5 businesses per provider, offering episodic care for owners and their staff.
